His assignments have included hydrological and hydraulic analysis for river engineering and dam design, reservoir yield and operation, catchment modelling, saline intrusion, hydrographic survey, designing, establishing and operating hydrometric and environmental monitoring networks, design and management of groundwater development programmes, and supervision of water well drilling.
