He is the founder and CEO of Aquascope Solutions Ltd, where he has led the team in the transformation of a scientific model into a real-time, scalable, commercial digital MRV and environmental intelligence platform focused on catchment-scale hydrology, nature-based carbon sequestration, and environmental monitoring. He has led the conception and delivery of national-scale and enterprise-grade platforms, including a national water decision support system for the Government of Jamaica and a global agricultural supply chain platform for Nestlé SA operating across 24 countries, connecting 300 agronomists. Most recently, he led the development of a pioneering, commercial real-time water quality forecasting platform for river systems after receiving 1m in funding from the European Space Agency. Paul holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in GIS and Environmental Modelling from the University of Edinburgh, and has worked extensively across the UK, Europe, the Caribbean, North Africa, and offshore regions for clients including EDF Energy, SSE, IPIECA, Cairn Energy, Melrose Resources, Nestlé, WWF, ESA, NGOs and public organisations.
